Qatar's new in-flight AI assistant
Technology is allowing for AI to be incorporated into many aspects of everyday life. In-flight assistance is no different. Qatar's AI assistant Sama, meaning Sky is part of Qatar Airway's Qverse and will assist you on your flight and on the ground. Sama helps with 3d renderings of airports for map and guides, help answer questions about baggage, check-in, and more in real time. Giving customer experience and customer service on top of the competition. -
