House of Travel Gift Card

House of Travel Gift cards can be purchased from any House of Travel store and are convenient and easy to use. The House of Travel Gift card can be topped up to any value between $50 and $10,000 providing the opportunity for your loved ones to discover the world! 

 

Gift Card Terms & Conditions:

1. Gift cards are issued by House of Travel and can be used to purchase travel products at any House of Travel outlet in New Zealand.
2. Where no name is indicated on the card they can be redeemed by the then cardholder.
3. Any unused sum on the gift card expires 10 years after the date the gift card is last used.
4. The sum on the gift card can be used all at once or multiple times until the balance reaches zero.
5. The gift card may not be refunded or redeemed for cash.
6. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
7. We may in our sole discretion place a stop on the use of a gift card if a gift card is reported to us as being lost or stolen or if we believe it may be used contrary to these terms and conditions or contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.

Travel Voucher Terms & Conditions:

1. Travel vouchers are issued by House of Travel and can be used to purchase travel products at any House of Travel outlet in New Zealand.
2. Where no name is indicated on the Travel Voucher it can then be redeemed by the then voucher holder.
3. Any unused sum of the voucher cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
4. The sum of the Travel Voucher must be used all at once.
5. Travel Vouchers will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. 
6. We may in our sole discretion place a stop on the use of a travel voucher if a travel voucher is reported to us as being lost or stolen or if we believe it may be used contrary to these terms and conditions or contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.

eVoucher Terms & Conditions:

1. House of Travel eVouchers are managed by House of Travel Partnership Services Trust (“House of Travel”). They can be used in-store for the purchase of services at any House of Travel Group outlet in New Zealand.
2. eVouchers may not be returned or redeemed for cash, foreign exchange/currency or for another gift card or eVoucher. They are not legal tender, account cards, credit/debit/charge cards or securities.
3. Any value amount on the eVoucher will expire two years after the date of issue. After this period the barcode becomes void and cannot be used. No credit or refund will be provided for any eVouchers which expire and there is no automated notification of expiry in place.
4. House of Travel is not responsible if an eVoucher is lost, altered, damaged, destroyed or stolen, or used fraudulently or without permission. Vouchers are not associated with particular identifiable individuals and the security of the voucher code and PIN remains the responsibility of the purchaser at all times.
5. We may in our sole discretion place a stop on the use of an eVoucher if an eVoucher is reported to us as being lost or stolen or if we believe it may be used contrary to these terms and conditions or contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
6. eVouchers may not be used for promotional purposes (including giveaways) or resold without the express consent of House of Travel.
7. Subject to any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other legislation, eVouchers are not refundable, exchangeable, or cancellable. eVouchers are eligible for redemption in New Zealand only (although they may be used for the purchase of international travel services).
8. Your e-Voucher can be used for full or part payment of travel services at the time of purchase. No cash refunds will be given for unused eVoucher balances. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
9. House of Travel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and to take any action in relation to eVouchers (including the cancellation of an eVoucher) that at its sole discretion it deems is necessary.
