While our successful candidate will have a “home’ store, you may be required to work across all 3 locations from time to time.

What are we looking for?

  • To be successful with us, you will be passionate about the customer and have a detailed understanding of the NZ retail travel market as evidenced by your past industry experience
  • You will be highly organised with the ability to multi task, have strong attention to detail with superb time management skills and be system orientated.
  • A well organised and efficient team member who values the importance of excellent customer service and teamwork
  • Someone who understands attention to detail and the importance of going the extra mile to ensure a seamless travel experience for our valuable clients 
  • Previous experience with Amadeus or House of Travel Systems ideal
