We’re seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join us in a truly generalist role. Reporting into our People & Culture Lead and working alongside our existing Advisor and Coordinator, you will jump feet first into all things HR, working on a range of projects as we shape the future of HOT.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Generalist day to day HR/P&C support and coaching 
  • A range of related projects across a new HRIS, Employment Branding, onboarding processes and almost anything you’re interested in doing!
