All cruise packages are based on Twin share, inside cabin and costs are per person. Availability is current as at 15 Apr 24 and deals are available until date shown or until sold out. Space is strictly limited and is subject to availability at time of booking. On board credit where shown is per cabin & must be spent on board and is not refundable in cash. All passengers are bound by the individual cruise lines terms & conditions, please ask your consultant for a full copy. Current Deals must be paid in full at time of booking or deposit dates as shown. All passengers must have a valid passport with more than 6 months validity at the end of their holiday. Travel insurance should be taken out at time of booking to cover in the event of any unforeseen cancellation, we recommend that you purchase a policy that includes cover around Covid-19. Included airfares are based on special non refundable economy fares, ground transfers are not included unless specified, any hotels included are on a room only basis unless specified. Hotels in certain destinations in Europe, USA and Asia may require local tourist taxes or resort fees payable at check in, We aim to give an indication of these where possible, but unfortunately you cannot pre pay this aspect of the hotel rate and must settle at check in. ESTA Visas are required for Itineraries visiting USA ,Canada, India, China, Vietnam & Sri Lanka. Visa costs are not included. If travelling on a non NZ passport other visas + NZ re-entry permits may also be required, please check with applicable embassy. Vaccination and health requirements are the responsibility of the passengers, please note that most cruise lines require guests to be double vaccinated against covid-19 up to 14 days prior to cruise departure.

AZAMARA Onboard Credit Promotion Conditions: Extraordinary Savings 2024 Onboard Credit Offer Up To $1000 USD on select sailings departing 1st July 2024 to 5th June 2025 Book between 22nd March 2024 and 30th May 2024 Terms and Conditions
1. The Extraordinary Savings Offer (the “Offer”) applies to new, individual bookings in all stateroom categories (guarantee staterooms excluded) made from 22nd March 2024 to 30th May 2024 (“Offer Period”), on selected voyages departing 1st July 2024 to 5th June 2025 (the “Sailing Window” or “Range”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Sailing Window start date and end date does not indicate that a sailing will commence and conclude on those precise dates, rather, that a sailing will occur within the Range and may vary. Group bookings are not eligible, but if an individual booking is made and transferred to a group, booking will retain promotion.
2. Offer provides up to $1000 USD onboard credit (“OBC”) per stateroom based on double occupancy. All guests must be named, and a full deposit must be made prior to the end of the Offer Period. OBC has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and will expire if not used by 10pm on the last evening of the voyage.
3. The Offer is combinable with applicable Travel Partner promotions, Back to Back Benefits, onboard booking savings, Azamara Circle Quarterly Savings, and certain Net Rates. Unless stated otherwise, offer is not combinable with, Last Minute Voyages, Closed User Rates, Employee Rates, Interline Rates, and Travel Agent Rates.
4. The Offer is not applicable to 3rd and 4th guests in a stateroom or applicable to incentive or contracted groups. After the Offer Period, the offer will be removed from the booking if the guest cancels and reinstates the booking, applies a fare change, or changes the ship or sail date of the booking; certain other changes to the booking may also result in removal of the offer.
5. The Offer is subject to availability and change without notice and may be withdrawn at any time. Single occupancy guests paying 200% cruise fare are eligible for the full amount of the offer; single occupancy guests paying less than 200% cruise fare are eligible for a prorated amount of the offer. 6. Bookings created prior to this promotion that wish to access the new benefits will have to cancel existing booking & make a new booking. Bookings that are cancelled shall be subject to prevailing cancellation charges.
7. Promoter (i.e., Azamara Cruises) reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, a change in applicable law or any other factor beyond Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.
