Amidst the beauty of the countryside, indulge in dance, laughter, and fine wine. Following our meal, we embark on a journey to the Douro region, pausing in the captivating town of Amarante, a jewel of Northern Portugal's history and charm. As the day unfolds, we unveil a sweet, centuries-old secret. Join Rosa at her confectionery, where she'll reveal the art of crafting convent sweets, sprinkled with delightful surprises. Day 5: Lamero - Zamora
Today, once again, we will delve into the traditions of a region, the first demarcated wine region in the world and, many say, one of the most beautiful in the world. Our first activity will, once more, celebrate tradition as we create pottery, but not just any pottery – we'll work with the UNESCO-recognized black clay of Bisalhães, an Intangible World Heritage. It's then time to immerse ourselves in the Douro wine region, cruise aboard a private Rabelo boat on the Douro River, and explore an authentic Douro estate where the marvellous Port wine is produced. We'll enjoy lunch at this estate. We will end our journey in Spain, Zamora, Olé!

Day 6: Zamora - Madrid
Today, we awaken in Zamora, our inaugural Spanish village. Our approach goes beyond mere city tours; we seek to immerse you in the culture and traditions of the region. Day 11: Vila Vicosa - Lisbon
Today, we embark on a luxurious adventure in Lisbon, but before reaching this enchanting Portuguese capital, we'll explore Évora, the Alentejo region's crown jewel steeped in history and hidden treasures. An exquisite lunch awaits us at an Alentejo estate, offering a delightful wine tasting experience. This idyllic estate is nestled in the Alto Alentejo region, just 10 km from Évora, within the walls of the medieval Paço do Morgado de Oliveira, founded in 1306. Here, you'll find the Fitapreta winery, a contemporary cork-built structure from 2017, surrounded by lush vineyards. The Paço do Morgado de Oliveira is conveniently located less than 1h30m from Lisbon and covers approximately 100 hectares. Our day concludes with a guided stroll through Lisbon's splendid Chiado district.

Day 12: Lisbon
Our final day in Portugal caters to the discerning traveller, blending the charm of Lisbon with the allure of Sintra, one of Portugal's most idyllic towns. We'll begin by exploring the iconic Pena Palace and strolling along its quaint, vibrant streets. Just before our return to Lisbon, we'll luxuriate in the elegance of a grand estate in Colares, savoring regional wines with the magnificent Atlantic Ocean as our backdrop. In Lisbon, we'll uncover the enchantment of Alfama, a district where the soul-stirring strains of Fado, Portugal's traditional music, envelop our senses.
