House of Travel is a New Zealand’s most awarded travel group and we believe great holidays are made ‘better together’. To support our team of Travel Consultants, we’re looking for a new team member to jump on board as a Sales Support for our newly opened Prestons store.
 

Responsibilities

In this varied and fast-paced role you will bring your superior customer service and administration skills to be the friendly face our customers meet when they enter our store. Be responsible for providing administrative support and processing to our team of consultants, to ensure we consistently provide our customers with the best product and service to turn our customers’ travel dreams to reality! 

The most important thing to us is finding individuals who have firsthand travel experience - if you’re well-travelled and have stories to share, you're exactly who we're looking for! Additionally, our ideal candidate will also be task-driven with exceptional attention to detail, with work experience in a people focused or sales industry.
