As the National Business Partnership Manager at House of Travel, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Partnership Performance: Ensure the partnership between retail outlets and HOT HQ is strong, effective, efficient, and commercially successful, built on trust and mutual respect.
  • Investments, Growth and Acquisition: Provide commercial advice and financial analysis to support our investments in the Retail network.
  • Financial Management & Business Planning: Work with our partners to ensure business plans are developed and managed with targets met or exceeded.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience and comprehensive knowledge of retail travel with travel industry experience
  • Demonstrated sound business and industry acumen, including experience related to retail sales & distribution, people leadership & financial management 
  • Experience in implementing and managing change
  • The knowledge, personality, and communication skills to rapidly gain credibility with and influence key stakeholders at all levels 
    This role will include regular travel throughout the North and South Island to maintain regular contact and support with our locations.
