About the role
In this varied and fast-paced role you will combine your passion for travel and knowledge of what makes a great holiday with your ability to understand the unique needs of your customers and create the types of holiday experiences that enrich people’s lives. Provide unique and novel ideas to our customers to create holidays that they could not create themselves, all while ensuring we provide the best product and service in the business!

What are we looking for?

A true travel fanatic with NZ travel industry experience
- A well organized and efficient team member who values the importance of excellent customer service and teamwork.
- Someone who understands attention to detail and the importance of going the extra mile to ensure a seamless travel experience for our valuable clients.
- Previous experience with Amadeus or House of Travel Systems (ideal)
- A commitment to constantly developing your knowledge of destinations and travel products.
