A quiet, fun and often overlooked resort with lots of cruisy groomed runs and hidden powder stashes. With a lack of crowds and 13 m of Hokkaido's light, dry powder makes this a real gem. A purpose built resort with hotel style accommodation consisting of the Rusutsu Tower, North and South Wings and a few log cabins all connected by a monorail. Rusutsu is unique with an added touch of Disneyland like features that include a two-story indoor Merry Go Round, Musical Fountains, and light displays. Otaru Private Day Trip

Let us organise for you a day trip to Otaru a prominent fishing village rich in Japanese culture. This is not a guided tour but if there is somewhere specific you wish to visit we can arrange for your driver to take you there. In February there is the annual Snow Light Festival 06 -15 February where the city is decorated in lights and snow statues for 10 days. The combination of a snowy town and the glittering lanterns creates a magical Winter setting. The festival usually coincides with the Sapporo Ice Festival.

Potato Cake Making

When in Japan why not try something different with a potato making, ice cream, caramel or cheese making class. Hokkaido is proud of its local farming communities and this will be an opportunity to learn and taste some of the local areas produce. Classes can be booked locally when in the resort.
