Where I've Been

Favourite Holidays

Europe.

In the 80's I undertook with some friends a 9 week Contiki European Camping Tour .With an interest in World history,in particular  the First and Second World Wars we visited many well know conflict areas.New Zealand has such a short history compared to Europe.Travelling with Contiki was a fantastic experience and nurtured the desire to be part of this  exciting industry.

USA--Colorado

Have skied at Winter Park and Breckenridge Ski Resort. Each field offers over 30 dream runs  with  soft crisp snow between fir tree lined runs.Picture post card material, a brilliant snow skiing experience for all ages.

Hawaii.

Just recently holidayed in Hawaii, staying in Waikiki.Offering a beautiful beach ,shopping and of course history with  the Pearl Harbor Experience. The Arizona Memorial is a must for the first time visitors. Make sure  you also include the Missouri Battleship Tour and the Air Force Museum, brilliant  displays to be seen at both.A great holiday offering so much.

FIJI

To relax on a beautiful beach and really wind down, it is very hard to beat a Fiji holiday.Having stayed on Treasure Island , Mana and Malolo each offering excellent beaches , snorkeling, good food and very good standards of accommodation. Each of these resorts do cater well for young families or you may want to consider Plantation Island for a more competitive priced holiday. The local Fijians are so welcoming and friendly and are the point of difference compared to the other Pacific Island people.
