Queenstown

Having just come back from a week in Queenstown where there is so much to do. We drank cocktails in an ice bar, ziplined through the canyons, jumped out of a perfectly good plane at 12000ft and then relaxed in Onsen hot pools. What more can you ask for ? 
Queenstown is perfect for the family, a couple of just to explore yourself. You can find plenty to do and then relax at the end of the day with lots of choices of places to eat and drink.

Spain

I have been on a sunny family holiday to Menorca, which is perfect for families with young children who want to relax and enjoy the sun. I have also seen 3 off the canary Islands including Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and Tenerife. These Island are popular with Cruise ships and tourist alike. They offer sun, sea and sangria. A good choice for anyone who loves the sun and beaches. 

Florida

Florida is the place to be if you want to be a kid again. We visited Disneyland and meet every Disney character you can imagine. They have fireworks in the evening and shows in the day. We went at Halloween and the Americans really know how to do this holiday in style. We also went to Universal and did as much as possible in the time we had. Its great for shopping on a down day and very easy to get around if you have a car.  

P&O Cruise

Cruising the the Mediterranean. I spent 10 days going round the spanish Island. Cruising has to be the way to go to see more places in a shorter amount of time without packing and unpacking. On the ship there is so much to do with Cinemas, Restaurants, games and talks. Then with all the ports you visit you will never be bored. Cruising is definitely the way to go if you only want to unpack once.

Australia

A trip with like minded agents to Brisbane, Cairns and Whitsunday Islands. We did the great barrier reef and I conquered my fear and did a scuba dive in the beautiful reef. The Whitsundays are a very romantic place and I would definitely recommend these for honeymooners or couples who just want to get away from it all. My family and I have taken a few holidays to Brisbane and Mooloolabaa area just to get away to the Sun. Mooloolabaa is great for families with the aquatic sea life center and white sandy beaches. Its lovely all year round and perfect for a winter break.
I have also been to Melbourne which is great for families and couples alike. You can shop or visit the local attractions. They have the free tram around the city center and then you can pay and tram out to places like St Kilda and visit the blue penguins.
Finally I took a wine and food trip to Adelaide. It is a perfect place to just eat and drink your way round. They have lots of vine yards and restaurants. Take a visit to the Cube and make sure you visit the loo there. 
Australia has it all.

Dubai

A trip over to Dubai while living in Qatar was just what we needed. With the water-park and shops galore there is plenty to do. Its better to go outside Summer and Ramadan as the weather is too hot to go outside, and they have rules about eating and drink over Ramadan. Try going to the souk and getting a piece of jewellery made for the next day. It will be a one off.

Fiji

On a quick family trip for 3 nights to Fiji we stayed near Denarau. Its very handy for the port to go on an Island day trip and visit the small amount of shops. We hired a car and although its busy at some times of the day driving is the same side of the road as us, so its not too bad.

Singapore

On a stopover in Singapore on my way back from the UK we spent 5 days touring the city. 5 days just isn't enough. There was so much to see and do. We visited Sentosa Island and did segway and abseiling, but there is lots more on the Island part to do. You can get there by cable car or taxi. In Singapore we went to the Gardens by the Bay, took the train to various places. Hopped on the hop on hop off bus and did lots of shopping. Definitely a place to stopover or just to visit for a few days.

LA and San Deigo

Family trip in California. Staying in Anaheim and visiting Disney and Universal Studios. Taking a drive through Joshua Tree National park and staying in San Diego.

Greece

I have traveled to the beautiful Island of Rhodes on many a family and couple holidays. This Island is perfect to relax or just hire a car and take a slow drive round. It has many white sandy beaches and of course the Delicious Greek food. We also stayed on the Island of Crete for a short while with its lovely port and perfect summer weather. Greece is perfect for that sunny Island hopping holiday with lots to see and eat.
