Here at House of Travel Wanaka we are very excited to be in our new store located in Three Parks. Our team of consultants has now grown and we are excited to be back planning your next travel adventure. 

Nicky, Yonah, Jess & Megan are all experienced and have a wealth of knowledge & expertise to help navigate you through the post-covid travel environment. Travel has changed and new challenges have arisen which is just another reason why booking with a trusted agent is even more important than ever before.

I've had over 10 years experience in the travel industry and have done a fair bit of exploring in my time. I love helping people plan their adventures and get out there to travel this beautiful planet of ours! You'll find me anywhere with wild animals and beautiful nature to enjoy. Some of my favourite destinations are Borneo, East Africa, Galapagos, Canada and of course our own Aotearoa (because who can really beat our landscaped here?!).

  • For two weeks during lockdown alert level 4, Nicky McCone worked tirelessly to find me flights out of New Zealand. There were numerous cancellations of flights and she very patiently found me alternatives are rebooked my itinerary with each set back. As I look back over my emails there were about 20 messages back and forth. Nicky was extraordinarily patient and good humored through it all keeping me apprised of changing flight schedules out of the South Island.     Hunter Valley, AUS is welcoming a new resort which includes a fully functional F1 track. The F1 track is designed by the Tilke Group, the main Formula 1 track designers internationally.
