I have tried to send an email to Brigid but obviously I am using the wrong address, so information not very clear. Another problem Brigid did not offer to book the train we will need to catch after the flight to reach Tokyo. When I have booked flights to overseas destinations have always been asked if we required transport from the airport to final destination. So not completely satisfied at all " Read Less
