In high demand by both clients and colleagues alike, Victoria is keen to share her skills and works closely with the team to ensure every part of a programme, from concept to delivery, is exceptional.
Although Victoria’s hospitality management studies included chef training – it doesn’t mean she does a lot of it now – preferring to hunt out the latest wining and dining options in town. She does bring this knowledge to the table when hosting groups on or off shore – ensuring the venue is the ideal place for the specific’s group’s requirements. With her wicked sense of humour and her reputation as a people’s person, Victoria is committed in delivering first class service to her clients
If Danielle is not organizing, negotiating or managing an event, she is found travelling to some far off destination, and this is truly where her passion lies; in experiencing the thrill of new cultures, new conversations and new ways of life. Being an active leader for The New Zealand Olympic Team Travel, coordinating major events such as the Rio Olympics and the upcoming PyeongChang Winter Olympics, certainly demonstrates Danielle’s ability to tackle any task with confidence.
Danielle is accredited with her diploma in Human Resources, which translates to unprecedented communication with suppliers, stakeholders and Clients.
Our sports specialist. Louise has been in the travel industry for the past 19 years, if anyone has been there and done that - it has to be Louise. Her international knowledge and experience is wide-ranging and her logistical and organisational skills are exceptional. We like to describe Louise as an 'over-the-top perfectionist' because of the immaculate way she gets any job done. Lou keeps the office on their toes and enjoys keeping things tidy and in order just like she does her work.
Lynne has over 25 years of experience working in all facets of the travel industry, so when it comes to Event organization and management, she has all areas covered! Her calm approach to any task whether big or small, instils assurance of a job surpassing all expectations.
Lynne’s passion for travel, sport and cuisine are reflected in her enthusiasm for her career and the events that she organizes. As a key member for New Zealand Olympic Team Travel, coordinating major events such as the Rio Olympics and the upcoming PyeongChang Winter Olympics as well as the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, Lynne ensures a seamless job from start to finish.
Jo takes the role of research very seriously from finding the finest cocktail to ensuring everyone has the best shopping tips! With over 20 years’ experience in the conference and incentive industry she has tones of contacts and knows what it takes to ensure the “wow” factor is delivered to ensure the most memorable events for you and your guests. Jo is a real people person who gets on with everyone and that’s why she loves working in this industry . . . It’s all about the people, food and experiences . . .
Being a real “foodie” herself in her downtime she prefers to stick close to the kitchen at home or she’ll be out checking out the latest restaurant offerings in town.
There’s nothing like having an outgoing and versatile member on a team- Shelley is ours! Shelley’s outgoing, easy and honest approach makes for a pleasant working relationship for suppliers, stakeholders and clients. Her attitude is always positive- always seeing the bright side of any situation, her travel industry knowledge is outstanding, and her efficiency in any situation is admirable. Shelley’s 25 plus years in the travel industry proves that she is an asset to our Events Team.
Rachael has recently joined the HOT Events team and is in charge of checking we are well stocked with coffee and wine! Rachael’s passion for travel has lead her to explore parts of North America, UK, Australia and South East Asia, this in turn has sparked her interest in cultures and cuisines of the world.
