house of travel Shelley AtkinsonVictoria Wales
Business Director

Unmatched in her lifetime experience within the conference and incentive travel industry, Victoria heads-up HOT Events and truly delights in delivering fantastic results for our clients.

Making magic happen is Victoria’s specialty.  She understands what is required to deliver top experiences for delegates and incentive visitors.  In high demand by both clients and colleagues alike, Victoria is keen to share her skills and works closely with the team to ensure every part of a programme, from concept to delivery, is exceptional.

Although Victoria’s hospitality management studies included chef training  – it doesn’t mean she does a lot of it now – preferring to hunt out the latest wining and dining options in town.  She does bring this knowledge to the table when hosting groups on or off shore – ensuring the venue is the ideal place for the specific’s group’s requirements. With her wicked sense of humour and her reputation as a people’s person, Victoria is committed in delivering first class service to her clients

Stuart LatimerStuart Latimer

Travel has been in Stuart’s blood since the big OE at age 21.

Over the years a passion for luxury small ship cruises has developed and Stuart specialises in escorting taylor made small group hosted tours throughout the Mediterranean and always incorporating a carefully chosen cruise into the tour.

Interestingly, Stuart was one of those who just couldn’t imagine himself aboard a cruise ship and after quite some convincing, he took his first and hasn’t looked back and now is now a huge advocate of the right cruise line and specific ship to suit the client’s needs.

A love of cars and driving and with years of experience on the roads throughout Europe, he has been able to take his clients to visit many of the smaller villages and vineyards throughout France and Italy which would not be seen by larger tour groups on big coaches.

A keen interest in food and wine is always at the heart of Stuart’s small group tours and the appeal to like-minded travellers means that his tours sell out quickly and are often made up of repeat clients/friends.
