The Grand Tour of Switzerland

Switzerland is packed full of highlights and The Grand Tour of Switzerland is a suggested route that covers 1,600 kilometres, passing through four language regions, over five Alpine passes and along 22 lakes. Choose to do the entire itinerary or break it down into a smaller area staying longer in areas that interest you. Visit historic old towns and cities packed with art and culture, scenic mountains and pristine parks, take part in unforgettable outdoor experiences of rope parks, canoe trips or hiking. See Switzerland your way.

Choosing your Rental Car
Take into consideration the size of the vehicle you require. We strongly recommend a minimum 1.4 litre for two adults. If the vehicle is to be used for day touring from a central base and not for transporting your luggage, a smaller vehicle may be adequate. We suggest you book your car before leaving home as this will save money and ensure you get the car of your choice.
