5 must see sites in Egypt
The only remaining wonder of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World tops our list - The Great Pyramid of Giza. Standing at the foot of The Great Pyramid is an experience you will remember for the rest of your life.

Karnak Temple complex
was continually added to by approximately 30 different Pharaohs over a period lasting more than 1000 years. Just one of the halls here is large enough to hold St Peters Basilica, Milan Cathedral, and Notre Dame Cathedral within it.

Not as well-known as the Pyramids in Giza, the Step Pyramid Complex at Sakkara is next on our list. This site shows the architectural evolution of the pyramid before it was perfected at Giza.

Temples of Abu Simbel celebrate the mighty Pharaoh Ramses II and Queen Nefertari, originally cut into a solid rock cliff, the temples were dismantled, moved and reassembled piece by piece in the 1960s when they built the Aswan High Dam.

The Valley of the Kings on the West bank of the River Nile is where Sir Howard Carter spent years searching for, and eventually discovered, the tomb of the Boy King, Tutankhamun. There are many tombs here awaiting your exploration.
