Pricing is in New Zealand dollars and is correct as at 30 June 2019 and include return economy class airfares from Auckland as specified on each itinerary. Departures from other domestic NZ airports are an additional cost. All package pricing is based on twin share, inside cabin with additional prices for other cabin types as shown on each package. Single requests are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may vary due to exchange rates, are indicative only and subject to change until paid in full. Prices shown are for payment by cash, debit card or cheque only. A service fee may apply for credit card transactions.
Visas, travel insurance, shore excursions, beverages, optional activities and items of a personal nature.
Deposits and final payments:
A non-refundable deposit of $2000 per person is required within 7 days of booking. Final payments are due 120 days prior to departure. Bookings received within 120 days of departure will only be processed on receipt of full payment. Note a full confirmation will not be available until a copy of your passport and deposit payment has been received.
The full name as shown in the passport must match the details provided for your booking.
Any changes to a confirmed booking must be notified in writing. An amendment fee of $250 per change applies, plus any charges passed on by suppliers. Amendments within 120 days of departure are subject to full cancellation fees.
Cancellations and refunds:
All cancellations must be notified in writing and assessed based on the date received.
Cancelled bookings will be charged as follows:-
- More than 120 days prior to departure, loss of deposit
- From 120-90 days before departure 50%
- Less than 90 days before departure 100%
Cancellation charges may also be applied by the airlines, and if any refunds apply, these will be made to you once received from the airline.
It is mandatory for all travellers to be adequately insured for the full duration on the holiday. We strongly recommend that travel insurance is purchased at the time of booking and payment of deposit.
Passports & Visas:
Passports must be valid for 6 months after your scheduled return to New Zealand. It is your responsibility to have a valid passport, together with any visas, re-entry permits and health checks as required to meet the regulations of the countries visited. Your House of Travel consultant can assist in ensuring you meet all government requirements.
Health and Fitness:
Walking tours are an important part of each package and a good standard of health is required with the ability to walk on sometimes uneven surfaces and negotiate stairs. To ensure the safety and comfort of all travellers, you must advise in writing at the time of booking if you will require medical or professional treatment during the journey or if you will require special care or assistance.
Changes to itinerary:
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, may require changes to a package and we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an itinerary at our discretion. Travel dates and transit points are based on airline schedules available at the time of printing. If airlines change their schedules altering an itinerary, the necessary changes will be made. All cruise lines reserve the right to change ports of call at any time, either before or during the cruise.
Documents will be dispatched via your House of Travel consultant after full payment has been received and at least two weeks prior to departure.
