Noosa is a superb spot for a stylish holiday, blending unspoilt nature with refined culture. There’s Noosa’s National Park which teems with wildlife, its forested edges scalloped with perfect beaches, and it’s only a 10 minute walk from the elegant shopping strip of Hastings Street. It offers stylish restaurants, trendy cafés, bars, designer fashion boutiques and is just a few steps from Noosa Main Beach. A 5 minute drive or a leisurely ferry ride up the Noosa River takes you to neighbouring Noosaville, growing in reputation for dining and shopping. Noosaville takes full advantage of its riverfront location, with plenty of playgrounds, BBQ areas, walking tracks and fishing platforms along the river.

Mooloolaba’s main beach is one of the safest surf beaches in Australia and is patrolled every day of the year. It’s a great place for couples as well as families, with grassy parklands, BBQs and children’s playgrounds lining the beach. Step out of your apartment onto the pure white sand of Mooloolaba Beach, wander up the road to Mooloolaba Spit for calm, sheltered swimming and excellent seafood cafés or shop and dine along the beachfront Esplanade, full of outdoor cafés, juice bars, al fresco restaurants and boutiques.

Alexandra Headlands
Known as ‘Alex’ to the locals, this is a chilled out town sitting on the Sunshine Strip between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. It is more laid-back than its neighbours, but you’re still close enough to walk there if you feel like a bit more hustle and bustle.

Family friendly beaches, water activities galore, wonderful coastal and mountain views at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast, Caloundra is the perfect bucket and spade holiday spot.

Twin Waters
Head to Twin Waters, situated around a private beach-lined lagoon, kids can enjoy Segway tours, laser skirmish and kids clubs.
