1  |  Diving in the Mamanuca Islands.

The waters surrounding the magical Mamanuca Islands are perfect for any level of diving. From stunning gardens of colourful coral to shipwrecks and thriving reefs, there are all sorts of underwater sights to be discovered. Newbie? 2  |  Snorkelling at South Sea Island.

South Sea Island is a tiny little speck of land located just a short ferry ride away from Port Denarau, near Nadi. 

Don't let the size deceive you — there are facilities to keep you comfortable all day — and the clear waters surrounding the sand are simply beautiful. Get close to an array of fish in all colours, shapes and sizes with a snorkel — or kayak around the island and see what you can spot from the surface.

If you're lucky enough to swim with Fiji's manta rays, we predict you'll be talking about it for decades to come! Hitting the water with these majestic creatures has to be one of the most amazing experiences the natural world can offer. Elegant manta rays glide through the channel between Nanuya Balavu and Drawaqa Islands. You'll find them nearly every day from May to October when the tides change.

6  |  Feel like a 10 at Cloud 9.

Cloud 9 is Fiji's only two-story floating platform.
