Rome is one of those cities with a never-ending list of things to do and see, which is why it's so great for families. 

Keep everybody entertained with a visit to this historic city, with its fascinating buildings, culture, food and art. Here are some activities that everyone can enjoy.

The Roman Time Elevator

Every kid loves splashing about in the summer, so if the weather's hot, head to the Aquapiper Water Park.

Full of fun water slides, pools and events, a whole day can be spent here.

There are heaps of eateries on site serving up everything from pizza to gelato - and there are even bars for the adults. 

It can be easily accessed by train. 

Villa Borghese
The Villa Borghese in Rome is a stunning residence and park. It features gorgeous historical buildings such as the Neo-Classical Casino, Clock Fortezzuola, and many pristine gardens. 

With museums, play areas for kids and beautiful grounds, it's perfect for families. During the summer, hire bikes and pedal leisurely down the park's walkways, ride on the carousel or head to the zoo on site! There's a thrilling range of animals, such as alligators, anacondas, elephants, giraffes and more. 

The Colosseum and Roman Forum
A trip to Rome isn't complete without a visit to the Colosseum and the ruins of the ancient Roman Forum, which both adults and kids will find fascinating and enlightening.
