TONGAN VILLAGE EXPERIENCE
Enjoy true Tongan village life on this informative half day tour. You’ll visit the village of Tofoa and learn about customs & the traditional way of life. En-route you’ll drive past places of historic and scenic interest including churches and sacred burial grounds and visit the Royal Palace, which was built in 1864 from kauri bought over from New Zealand. You’ll also visit the Royal Tomb where King George Tupou One is at rest.

NUKU'ALOFA HIGHLIGHTS TOUR
This fun and very informative tour is a great way to experience the highlights of Nuku’alofa and beyond. In addition to visiting the Royal Palace & Royal Tomb, you’ll visit Langafonua Art Gallery, founded by Queen Salote in 1953, experience the traditions & customs of Tonga through the Tonga National Cultural Centre and spend a few hours in downtown Nuku’alofa at the handicraft stalls & watching the locals go about their days shopping.

ISLAND DAY CRUISE
Take a day cruise out to one of the three off-shore islands for some swimming and snorkelling in crystal clear water and relaxation on beautiful white sand beaches. You’ll capture many fascinating sights of Tonga’s capital, Nuku ‘alofa from the boat as you head out. The 3 off-shore islands are very close to Nuku’alofa − Pangaimotu Island is a 15 minute trip, ½ hour trip to Fafa Island and just under an hour to Royal Sunset.

TONGATAPU SCENIC DRIVE
Experience the unique and fascinating places of Tonga through a scenic drive. There‘ll be a brief photo stop at the 3-headed coconut tree before heading out along Tongatapu’s southern coastline to see the blowholes and flying foxes in the village of Kolovai. You’ll stop off at the place where the first English Explorer came ashore before visiting Ha’amonga Trilithon, a giant stone arch built around 1200 AD and estimated to weigh 80 tons.
