Day 1
Morning: Central Coast 
Take a break and get up close and personal with Australian animals at the Australian Reptile Park.

Lunch: Hunter Valley 
Enjoy lunch at one of the many restaurants or cafes located at a winery.

Arrive at the Hunter Valley Gardens and explore Australia’s largest display garden, spanning over 60 acres of 10 stunning themed gardens.

Stay the night at one of the hotels set within the vineyards
of the Hunter Valley.

Day 2
Morning: ​Port Stephens 
Explore the Worimi Conservation Lands the largest moving sand dunes in the Southern Hemisphere. Enjoy a unique and exhilarating Beach and Dune Tour to see how people live on the dunes at Tin City and observe the pippi habitats as well as catching and releasing them.

Enjoy fresh barramundi straight from the farm at Cookabarra Restaurant at Bobs Farm. The hydroponic vegetable farm growing fresh produce on-site is served fresh on the plate.

Learn about the local population of dolphins or the majestic whales on your dolphin or whale watching cruise. You can see the dolphins all year round and the whales May to November.

Port Stephens has a range of accommodation to offer. Try the fantastic holiday parks which offer self-contained cabins close to the waterfront.

Day 3 
Morning: Newcastle 
Explore the 40 hectare internationally recognised Hunter Wetlands via a Segway Tour. Other activities offered are walking trails, guided tours, canoeing, dip netting, feeding talks, birdwatching and a children’s discovery playground.

Enjoy lunch and a drink at one of the many popular cafes and restaurants at Honeysuckle, perched on the edge of one of the busiest ports in the world.

After lunch head back towards Sydney enjoying a detour to take in the daily 3:30pm pelican feeding at The Entrance.

Hunter Valley Gardens
Nestled at the foothills of the Brokenback Ranges, in the heart of the Hunter vineyards, you will find the magnificent Hunter Valley Gardens - over 60 acres of spectacular international display gardens that will amaze you with sensational sights, colours, fragrances
and adventures.

Dolphin & Whale Watch Tours
Something to spout about...with over 140 bottlenose dolphins calling Port Stephens home, it’s no wonder these friendly locals are sighted so often. And, from May to November, the waters off Port Stephens play host to the
magnificent migrating humpback whales.

Hunter Wetlands Centre
Escape the everyday and discover the magic of nature at the Hunter Wetlands Centre. Open your eyes to what is one of the most important
Egret breeding grounds in Australia and if you know your ducks, the Hunter Wetlands houses one of the oldest and rarest duck breeds in the
world - the famous 'Freckled Duck'.
