Lena’s Story. 

My daughter Sarah and I went to Brazil expecting to have an amazing holiday with family. Then COVID struck, and we had to cut short our stay and call on House of Travel to help us get home to NZ.

I honestly don't know what we would have done without their help – we would probably still be stuck in Brazil even now.  All the flights were full, and it was really hard to find anyone who could tell us what to do. House of Travel knew which airlines were flying, and which ones still had capacity for two passengers to travel together, and they found a way to get us safely home. 

Now Australia is opening up and there’s so many wonderful things to experience there. I’m looking forward to the music and culture, but for Sarah, I think it will be all about the shopping. From now on, it’s going to be House of Travel every time we travel – I’m hooked!
