Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role of the Finance Operations Manager is to manage the financial operating function which spans across HOT Holdings Limited, HOT Limited, Partnership Services, Orbit and Retail, and the integration of parts of the HOT Australia Group to successfully deliver the Annual Operating Plan and strategic imperatives of the Group.

The successful candidate will drive Group efficiencies through creating centres of excellence which optimise system capabilities and use across entities, streamline financial process flows and create synergies wherever possible, enabling the best commercial outcomes for the Group.

You will also be responsible for providing effective financial support and reporting for our Retail and Corporate business partners to assist in the management of these partnerships.
