We truly believe that the key to our success comes down to our amazing people! We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to jump on board and join our fun team based in Auckland CBD.

In this exciting role you will be develop and implement compelling one-to-one communications campaigns to existing HOT customers. You will ensure that direct to customer communications are always at the heart of everything we do and become a passionate advocate for the customer, ensuring that activity is relevant, timely and targeted. You will also work closely with the customer experience and data teams to constantly strive to improve HOT’s ability to successfully target customers. 


Skills & experience:

  • Passionate about (and a strong voice for) the customer
  • The ability to gain credibility with and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Marketing, multi-channel sales & distribution, business development & financial management experience.
  • Advanced HTML ability
  • Advanced knowledge of SalesForce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience in marketing automation
  • Sound understanding of online and social media platforms as key customer acquisition and retention channels
  • Confident using social media analytic tools and understanding results, Google Analytics & AdWords
  • Well-developed presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied and substantial workload
  • Tertiary qualifications in Digital marketing or similar
  • Three years’ experience in channel orientated, direct marketing or digital marketing.
