If you are an experienced self-motivated Travel Consultant looking for a home based role where you can still put your amazing travel knowledge and superior customer service skills into practise, then it’s time to join the DCC team at House of Travel!

Using our flashy web based technology and support systems, this role will enable you to use your sales skills and superior product knowledge from the comfort of your home. Hours are rostered to ensure we meet our customers’ needs while still giving you some well-deserved rest.

We manage web, phone and chat enquiries for our HOT campaigns including Fiji, Cook Islands, Australia and short haul beach packages. Knowing the products and deals inside out makes life much easier to convert the endless stream of enquiries that we feed you.

You will need at least 2 years’ experience in a customer facing travel sales role, and be willing to work from the comfort of your home.

We are available to customers Monday to Friday 8.00am – 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am – 7pm, and we are looking for a sales superstar to cover mostly afternoon/evening and weekend work as we fulfil our customer demand.
