An old-fashioned trolley bus rumbles along streets fringed with palm trees. Beyond lies a white sandy beach where tourists lie baking. The surf is small but perfectly formed – just right for a morning surfing lesson. When you’re done, you’ll saunter barefoot to a breakfast of fresh pineapple, strong Kona coffee and maybe a pastry, in anticipation of some serious shopping.

There’s an amazing variety of shopping right on the doorstep of your Waikiki hotel, or catch the trolley to Ala Moana Shopping Centre where you’ll find Macy’s, Sears, Gucci, Coach and much, much more! Looking for a bargain? No problem, just head to the Waikele Factory Outlet Mall 40 minutes away from Waikiki.

At day’s end take an evening stroll amongst the wonderful selection of restaurants, pubs and live music, or relax with a tropical cocktail enjoying the spectacular Hawaiian sunset - Duke’s Barefoot Bar is highly recommended.
