You’re in a small steel box with dozens of strangers, dangling from a wire cable over a deep canyon. Scenic World in Katoomba is another must, located on a 200 metre cliff overlooking the Three Sisters, there are three exciting rides: The Scenic Railway - the world’s steepest incline railway, The Scenic Skyway cable car and The Cableway. A few minutes further by car is the garden village of Leura, the main streets are filled with a delightful collection of stores, old fashion sweet-shops, cafés and teapot collections - this is Australia’s equivalent of our own Arrowtown.
