  • I phoned to urgently tag my family on to a booking made by other family members for flights in Internet sale. Staff member pleasant and accommodating despite being busy with something else. Then phoned me back to chase me along re confirming happy with booking and to ensure I got them paid for before 5pm as running out of time. Then stayed past 5pm to make sure all wrapped and done. Prompt, pleasant, no hassles service. And cheap flights. Awesome, well done.

  • Stacey made sure I had everything I needed and went over and above it ensure I understood everything. On my trip I missed a connecting flight and lost my bag! Stacey was also on her own holiday - this didn't stop her from assisting/calming me down, looking at other alternatives for me. She made sure I knew where I needed to go what I needed to do and made sure I kept her in the loop at all times! if it wasn't for her help I would have gone even crazier than I was at the time! I'm so pleased I made my booking with Stacey. She made traveling a breeze.

  • My experience with HOT was excellent. It's great value, as Stacey is able to understand quickly what I'm looking for and convert this into an awesome itinerary. All of the activities which Stace booked for me were amazing (Active Asia were great and happily re-arranged a trip to the Mekong Delta for me, and I got upgraded to a private tour!) The airport transfers were seamlessly booked and it was fabulous that I could just pop in and pick up the relevant documents before I left. Could not recommend Stacey highly enough and she made a much needed holiday the best it could be, and was available to problem solve on my behalf. What an absolute legend!

Fiona was very patient and accommodating and able to secure the show tickets for a Saturday night which was not originally advertised. The Saturday night was a special request as its a surprise birthday present. I was extremely grateful for the effort she put in to make this trip to Sydney so special.

    Hunter Valley, AUS is welcoming a new resort which includes a fully functional F1 track. The F1 track is designed by the Tilke Group, the main Formula 1 track designers internationally. Qatar's AI assistant Sama, meaning Sky is part of Qatar Airway's Qverse and will assist you on your flight and on the ground. Sama helps with 3d renderings of airports for map and guides, help answer questions about baggage, check-in, and more in real time. Giving customer experience and customer service on top of the competition.

    Swifties are taking the world by storm and especially Kiwis. Taylor Swift has finished one of her shows in Melbourne where Kiwis flying back home didn't let the energy dial down just yet. Passengers onboard the 4 hour NZ128 flight back home from Melbourne had one of Taylor's hits "Shake it Off" playing during the flight with the Eras concert goers were singing and standing during the flight.

Our group of 6 friends started off on a custom built adventure to Europe. 

After a few nights in London, Paris and Florence we headed to the Amalfi Coast, where we did usual visits, Pompeii, Capri, Positano, but also got off the beaten track & had a private cooking class on a local farm, complete with homemade limoncello..... "delissimo".
