Customer service has always been drilled into me. I made it through the dark years of COVID in the industry which has led me to know to dig that little bit deeper into my clients' travel plans to create that perfect trip, and ensure we really have the best option for you in terms of comfort, reliability, and service.

I'm seen as a great relationship builder who is passionate about people and their travel adventures. I've travelled extensively both on my own and with my two teenage boys. Rarely go to any place twice as there's too much of the world to see.

What our customers have to say

  • One word AMAZING!! Kelly Ann is responsive and works through the changed that inevitably come with travel bookings with patience and attention to detail. Last year Kelly Ann booked a trip for me to Bali and Europe. She found me some great deals and made some terrific suggestions for options that the kids could have on their trip. Im booking through Kelly Ann again this year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

  • I've had the absolute best experience booking a trip to Thailand and India with the help of Chloe from House of Travel. She was extremely professional, prompt to reply and always took the time to investigate all the possible options for us. We had a scare with a delay in Visa processing and 1 week out from our trip provided a plan B to get the visa over the line before we went. We were very stressed at this stage and although the Visa did come through, the professionalism from Chloe and connections to a Visa Specialist to be able to offer a plan B was enormous reassurance - can not speak of her highly enough!

  • We couldn't speak highly enough of the fabulous profesional service we recieved from Petra. Petra was "on the button" all the way in a somewhat changing climate, gave us great advice over a number of areas, always willing to look at options and all done with quick but full responses and delivered with such enthusiasm and warmth. We thought we had worked with excellent agents previously ..... Petra is out in front by miles. Needless to say a seamless trip from departure to arrival.

    Ever tried airplane karaoke?

Swifties are taking the world by storm and especially Kiwis. Taylor Swift has finished one of her shows in Melbourne where Kiwis flying back home didn't let the energy dial down just yet. Passengers onboard the 4 hour NZ128 flight back home from Melbourne had one of Taylor's hits "Shake it Off" playing during the flight with the Eras concert goers were singing and standing during the flight.

4 wheels or 2? Here's one of the best destinations to explore using a scooter!

When you think Italy you probably think Ferrari. Well, we think you should choose... Vespa! Italy is home to one of the most historically beautiful countries and monuments in the world. Flying by in your Ferrari won't let you enjoy the views. Slow down and take it in with a 2-wheeled wonder. The urban streets filled with culture and the Italian countryside, either of which are perfectly suited for the iconic moped and is definitely a must-do on your bucket list.

Our travel stories

Postcard from Iceland

Reykjavik + Akureyri, Iceland. The Blue Lagoon is one of those "dream" places you see online, and it is just as beautiful in person. Relaxing in those warm waters on the other side of the world had such a magical feeling of accomplishment for me - I'd finally made it to Iceland!

Postcard from Orlando

Postcard Orlando Florida. For all the Harry Potter nerds and theme park junkies, Orlando, Florida is the perfect destination! Visiting Hogwarts and Diagon Alley, eating at the Leaky Cauldron and Three Broomsticks, as well as riding Hagrid's motorbike rollercoaster, made all my childhood (and adult) dreams come true!

Postcard from Japan

Was privileged to have the chance to visit Japan, a country of SO many contrasts...
