STEP 1 - select the 'sign up to receive email alerts' button on the mixandmatch.co.nz homepage.

STEP 2 - The Registration form will pop-up, select which type of email you would like to subscribe to.  You can select one or both options.

STEP 3 - Fill in the registration form using the drop-down lists and text boxes provided

 

 

STEP 4 - Click the 'sign up' button to complete the registration
