Building an Itinerary



When looking around the Destinations sections of the website, you will come across web pages with information regarding sightseeing activities, interesting cities or towns, maps, shopping and restaurant guides and videos. 

The Build an Itinerary function lets you add these pages to a quote. You can then email this quote to one of our consultants who can do some research and get in touch with you about your specific travel selections.

 

Step 1 - When you are on a page that you wish to add to your quote you can find the 'Build A Quote' section on the right hand side of the page. To add a page click in the tick box beside the text 'Add this page'. If you cannot see this section then you cannot add this page to the quote.

 

 

Step 2 - Once you have added a page you can view your quote by clicking on the  button next to the text 'View my quote request'

 

 

Step 3 - The 'My quote request' page will pop-up:

 

Step 4. At the top of the quote request page will be details on the pages you have added to your quote, to remove them simply click in the tick box for that page

Step 5. Using the tick boxes, text boxes and drop-down lists provided, fill in the required fields on the form. We will use this information to contact you as well as prepare information for your needs
