• I have searched for fares on the website, can you sell them cheaper?

  The fares that we display are the best airfares available for travel on that day.

• I see there is a sale fare but no availability?

  The sale fare might have sold out for the dates you selected, you may therefore need to change the dates of your search. Alternatively the sale fare might only be available for certain dates, please read the information for the sale fare or alternatively contact us on 0800 367 468.

• If I book by telephone, will I be charged a booking fee?

  Bookings made on the phone are a little more than the self service price you can find online. If you don't want to book online we are happy to assist with your booking at a Call Centre price - please feel free to give us a call on 0800 367 468. Click here to view the service charges.
  

• Why has the fare increased for the same flight since I last searched?

  Because we are using a real-time reservation database, availability can change between the time a search is performed and a ticket is reserved or purchased. Tickets are constantly being sold around the world, so a flight may become fully sold out only seconds after your search.

• If I cancel my booking what fees apply?

  Airfare bookings - a House of Travel cancellation fee of $25 for domestic and $50 for international per person per one way flight will be charged in addition to supplier and airline fees. For full details of cancellations please refer to the Airfares Rules which are detailed on your itinerary and also in the search results. Alternatively contact your nominated House of Travel outlet House of Travel Outlet.
  Land arrangements (Accommodation, Transfers, Sightseeing etc...) - a land arrangement cancellation fee of $125 per booking will be charged in addition to any land supplier fees. Any hotel or apartment cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. Any airport transfer cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If for any reason you do need to cancel please contact your nominated House of Travel outlet as soon as possible so we can advise suppliers and keep costs to a minimum. No refunds can be provided if you fail to show up for flights or booked land arrangements.

• If I want to amend/change/alter my booking what fees apply?

  Airfare bookings - any changes after booking will incur an amendment fee of $25 per person per one way flight, in addition to supplier and airline fees. Airline tickets are non-transferable and so are not able to be transferred into another persons name. However if you have made an error when entering the passenger name details whilst making a booking on the website this error may be able to be corrected. Fees for this vary according to each airline. Whilst some tickets have specific maximum validity, no airline ticket is ever valid for more than 12 months from the date of original issue. Re-issue, amendment and upgrade conditions must be completed within the 12 months from the date of original issue.
  Land arrangements (Accommodation, Transfers. Sightseeing etc...) - a land arrangement amendment fee of $65 per booking will be charged in addition to any land supplier fees.

• If the airline makes a schedule change on my reservation do I have to pay anything extra?

  No, you will not be charged.

• Do you offer group discount fares?

• Do you offer Infant, Child, Unaccompanied Minor, Companion, and Senior airfares?

• Do you offer student rates?

• I don't want to book online, is it the same price?

  The cheapest way to book is via our website however if you don't want to book online we have two options. You can book over the phone by calling 0800 367 468 at our Call Centre price or alternatively you can visit your local House of Travel outlet who can make the booking at an in-store price.

• Is tax included on a domestic fare?

  Yes all taxes are included in the price
