Why we're a different place to work...
Chris Paulsen had a dream that travel could be delivered to the consumer in a different way. He gathered support and established House of Travel in 1987.
Now House of Travel is one of the top ten privately owned companies in the country based on sales. This means that there are lots of different career paths depending on what part of the business you're interested in.
We are proud of becoming a large New Zealand owned and operated company. One of our keys to success is how we look after our people.
Destination You is the name given to House of Travel's long term people strategy. It is about maximising the potential of our people for the benefit of them as individuals but also for the business as a whole. It incorporates;
• individual training • insurance options for health and life • a personal recognition programme • a company awards weekend
People often wonder what's in it for me? It's a good question, at House of Travel through Destination You, it's very much about you! Where you want to be in the future and how we are going to help get you there. Click here for current vacancies
